Each mouthpiece purchase includes a 14-day trial period. If you are not 100% satisfied with the mouthpiece within the 14-day period, you may return it in “like new condition”. A mouthpiece in “like new condition” does not have any dents, nicks, scratches, or heavy insertion marks.

A 10% restocking charge will be applied to all refunds and exchanges to cover refurbishment costs, Mercer & Barker Ltd reserves the right to issue partial or zero refunds if a mouthpiece is returned in poor condition.

Discounted, Custom Finished or Sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange, these are final sale items.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned mouthpieces. We recommend insuring your shipment and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged return items. Mercer & Barker Ltd must be notified within the 14-day trial period of your intent to return and the returned item must be received within 10 days of notification.
