Les Neish joins M&B

We are excited to announce that Les Neish is joining the Mercer and Barker family as Principal Performing Artiste.

 

Les has been using our mouthpieces for a few months now and below is the feedback he has given.

I have been using the Mercer and Barker mouthpieces for the last few months and I have found them excellent throughout.   Having spent time on various Summer schools throughout the UK this year I was amazed at the amount of players using these mouthpieces and all of the players had great things to say about them.

 

I find the mouthpieces very comfortable and switching between different sizes is very easy.  I am currently using the MB3 and MB4 depending on the performance situation I am in and I have been really impressed with the sound I can make with this mouthpiece throughout all of the registers.  They feel heavier than a typical mouthpiece and this really helps in terms of sound and projection but it still provides me with the flexibility and agility I need.  They are also available in a wide variety of finishes which I am sure will appeal to so many players.  Without doubt Mercer and Barker are certainly the mouthpieces of choice for me.”
