Mercer & Barker are incredibly excited to unveil the Jamie Smith Signature Mouthpiece, the MB4-JS.
We have been working closely with Jamie over the past 6 months to develop a Signature Mouthpiece that oozes class, is extremely comfortable on the lips, reduces lip fatigue and gives the soloist the flexibility required when playing at the highest level, the MB4-JS compliments the sweetness of tone that Jamie produces across all registers. This Mouthpiece has been created with the demands of modern day cornet player in mind, Jamie Smith is one of the UK’s finest cornet players, holding the Principal Cornet seat with the world famous Grimethorpe Band and the A4 Quartet. As a global soloist Jamie is in high demand and requires nothing but the finest tools to ply his trade.
