We are pleased to announce that over the past 6 months we have been tirelessly working with some first class tenor trombone players to develop a range of 5 mouthpieces that will give players a more varied option to enhance comfort, reduce fatigue improve sound and offer options across a varied range of the trombone repertoire.

MB4G JP "Dragon" the largest in the range offering a larger bore mouthpiece for those who like a slightly bigger mouthpiece that you can push the air through giving you a big warm sound holding nothing back, Jonathan Pippen Freelance Trombone player has worked with M&B closely to develop this excellent mouthpiece. Equivalent to the Doug Elliott XT 102 Rim
Specification: Cup: 26.00mm, Throat: 7.40mm with a 6.80mm Rim.
MB4.5G "Viper" for those trombone players who love their 5G but need that little bit more room and comfort.
Specification: Cup: 25.70mm, Throat: 7.00mm with a 7.00mm Rim.
MG4.75G This mouthpiece was developed as an ever so slightly larger 5G that feels a little more open to play on.
Specification: Cup: 25.60mm, Throat: 7.30mm with a 7.00mm Rim.
MB5G "Raptor" The alternative 5G tenor trombone mouthpiece, beautifully crafted to sit in amongst the go to 5G size with the added benefit of our unique rim that reduces fatigue and enhances sound. (equivalent to Bach 5G, Greg Black 5G. The rim will be similar to the Doug Elliott XT101
Specification: Cup: 25.50mm, Throat: 7.00mm with a 6.95mm Rim.
MB6G Developed for the upper register giving you that extra zip and jazz feel. The smallest in our range for Tenor Trombone.
